Meet The Burford Creative Team
Gemma Finch
Founder
After starting out in luxury travel marketing, Gemma has spent the last 18 years mainly working with leisure and hospitality businesses. Spending time as Chair of the Burford Chamber of Trade and consulting for various SME’s she felt there was a real need for an agency with a difference, so she started Burford Creative.
The goals are to always take a bespoke approach and the time to understand clients. She takes great pleasure in a collaborative and supportive approach, combining creative flair with a pragmatic approach honed over years of running her own businesses.
Emmeline Maline
Client Account Manager
Emmeline started her career in PR before moving into the education sector in a Marketing, Events and Advertising role.
She had a career break to raise her 3 children spending time in Germany with her husband’s job.
After returning to the UK she jumped back into charity marketing, social media and client management.
With experience in website design, content writing, graphic design, photography and videography she is a marketing all-rounder.
Louise Rock-West
Digital Campaign Manager
Louise has over 18 years of experience in creating and fulfilling marketing strategies and producing engaging copy for B2B and B2C sectors. Her career has included the marketing of industry SaaS solutions, events management services, groundbreaking art shows, academic publishing, tech giants and even potatoes!
Louise joined the team part time in 2023, before gradually taking on more hours as Burford Creative has become busier, and focuses mainly on our Digital Campaigns and Copy Writing.
Oscar Smart
Content Creator
Oscar is a skilled videographer and content creator with a sharp eye for detail and a flair for high-end visual storytelling. Entirely self-taught, he developed his craft over the past six years, honing his skills across video production, photography, and graphic design.
Having spent five years in Dubai, Oscar worked with a range of luxury brands — including Ferrari and leading real estate companies — capturing sleek, dynamic content designed to impress. His technical expertise spans Final Cut Pro and the full Adobe Creative Suite, allowing him to take projects from concept to polished completion with precision and style.
Now based in the UK, Oscar brings an international perspective to every shoot, combining cinematic visuals with creative strategy to deliver content that not only looks good — but performs.
Jason Warner
Photographer and Videographer
Jason is an experienced and highly rated photographer and videographer. He loves to work on the wide variety of client briefs we have. His passion is collaborating with clients to create great visual imagery that takes their online content to the next level, getting them more business.
Jason works with the Burford Creative team on a retained basis alongside his photography and videography business, Fyrefly Studios.
Samantha Kinch
PA to the Founder
With a strong background supporting senior leaders across education, private estates, and creative businesses, Samantha is a highly organised and discreet professional. At Burford Creative, she works closely with Gemma to coordinate complex schedules, manage communications, and ensure seamless support across work and home life.
Known for her calm efficiency, attention to detail and people-first approach, Samantha brings clarity and confidence to every task she handles.
